The CII Telangana HR & IR Taskforce convened a brainstorming session on June 5, 2026, to deliberate on the vision, objectives, and strategic focus areas of the proposed CII Telangana CHRO Forum.

The session brought together Taskforce members from industry and academia to develop a collaborative platform that will enable Chief Human Resource Officers to exchange best practices, address emerging workforce challenges, foster industry-academia partnerships, and drive innovation in Human Capital Management.

Ms. Usha Sripathineni, Co-Founder, 6D.Varsity & 6D.Works, and Member of the CII Telangana HR & IR Taskforce, actively participated in the discussions, contributing recommendations on strengthening collaboration between the HR & IR and Education Panels, building future-ready talent pipelines, and equipping organizations to effectively engage with the Gen Z workforce.

The brainstorming covered several strategic themes, including:

• AI and the Future of HR

• Competency Development and Future Skills

• Industry-Academia Collaboration

• Emotional Intelligence and Leadership

• Multigenerational Workforce

• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Allyship

• HR Benchmarking and Knowledge Sharing

• Policy Advocacy and Best Practices

The recommendations and insights generated during the session were subsequently incorporated into the proposed focus areas of the CII Telangana CHRO Forum, which were presented during the CII Telangana Exclusive CHRO Roundtable held on June 11, 2026.
